Trees and shrubs are the backbone of a beautiful landscape—the woody\, perennial heart of your garden—and spring is the perfect time to give everything a fresh start. \nJoin Nursery Manager Jenna for an interactive talk and demonstration covering essential spring pruning techniques for trees\, shrubs\, and perennials\, along with practical spring landscape cleanup tips to help your garden thrive in the growing season ahead. You’ll learn what to cut\, what to leave\, and how proper timing and technique can encourage healthy growth and better blooms. \nThe workshop begins with a look at different styles and sizes of pruners\, how to choose the right tool for the job\, and how to keep them clean\, sharp\, and ready for use. Jenna will then demonstrate pruning methods for both deciduous and evergreen plants\, sharing tried-and-true tips to set your landscape up for success. \nWe’ll also talk through easy\, effective ways to wake up your garden after winter—clearing debris\, assessing plant health\, and preparing your landscape for strong new growth. \nHave photos of your own garden or plants you’re unsure about? Bring them along!
