Van Putte Gardens works closely with our contractors to provide great products and services. We value these partnerships and extend wholesale pricing to qualified businesses. 

Enrolling in our contractor program is simple, just complete the application process by filling out our contractor information sheet below.  Forms can also be picked up in person.

To qualify, your business must provide landscaping, golf course, commercial or residential construction, or property management services. We require business documentation such as your company Tax ID, DBA, etc. 

If you are a tax-exempt entity, an exemption or resale certificate must be submitted. Your account will be charged tax until we have received the appropriate paperwork.  Most accounts can be approved same day for COD purchases.

Make purchasing a breeze with payment terms with us. Checkout and pay later using this feature.  Accounts are eligible for payment terms after a 1-year partnership and good standing credit status has been established. 

Plant material purchased within our Contractor Program does not carry a warranty.
