Reservations and pre-payment of $5 is required to secure a spot by calling us at (585) 225-7770.  Each child will receive a $5 voucher at the event to redeem on any products in the garden center. Space is limited so register early.

Come and join in a fun spring project for Grow Club members ages 5-12 where we’ll learn all about germination!  After we learn the basics, we will take a tour through one of our working greenhouses to see how our seedlings are growing. Then, kids will roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty!

Each child will get to work by personalizing their very own pot with their own photo, stickers, and markers. Once decorated they’ll fill their pots with soil and try their hand at planting their very own baby marigold to take home and watch it grow, grow, grow!

PLEASE NOTE:

• This event is at 1 p.m.
• $5 to RSVP, with a $5 voucher to redeem on any garden center products. Voucher will be given at the event.
• Parents need to email a photo of each child attending the workshop prior to the event to Michelle@vanputte.com.  This way the photos can be printed ahead of time and ready to go for the child to add to their customized pot.
• Space is limited so register early.
• Please call to RSVP, and let us know if you can’t make it so we can let someone on the waiting list attend.
• Meeting will probably take about 1 hour.
• Kids should wear play clothes. Layers are suggested as the greenhouse can fluctuate in temperature based outdoor temperature.
• Parents should plan to stay during the event.
