Whether you are new to the houseplant scene or a veteran, we will enlighten you on how to grow them like a pro.  We will share tips on how to care for houseplants, where to place them in your home and how to tell when your plant is ready for a larger pot.

At the end of the talk, participants can get their hands dirty and transplant a houseplant from home.  We will guide you on how to select the appropriate soil and correct size pot so your indoor buddy can stretch out in comfort in their new home.  Van Putte Gardens will supply the soil and expertise, but we ask that participants purchase a new pot to repot into. All participants will receive a $5 Van Putte voucher towards a new pot, fertilizer or anything else you might need from the garden center!

PLEASE NOTE:

• All participants will receive a $5 voucher at this event to use on anything in the nursery or garden center (expires 4/30/23).
• Repotting soil and assistance will be provided.
• This class is subject to cancelation if a minimum attendance is not met. If this occurs, refunds will be issued.
• As a reminder this class is held in a greenhouse and fluctuation in temperature does occur. We recommend wearing layers.
