DIY Spectacular Spooky Spider

Join the fun and watch creativity spin its web as Grow Club Members (ages 5 – 12) explore plants and get crafty with a festive, hands-on activity. Kids will learn proper care for their plants so they thrive at home. Then, kids will be guided through all the steps to transform their plant into a spooky spider with the option of creating a glow-in-the-dark for web for their project just in time for Halloween! As an added bonus, dress in your favorite Halloween costume for this event!

PLEASE NOTE:

• There are TWO meetings – be sure to select the appropriate class time.
• Space is limited so register early.
• Meeting will probably take about 1 hour.
• Kids should wear play clothes. Layers are suggested as the greenhouse can fluctuate in temperature based outdoor temperature. For this meeting costumes are welcome!
• Parental assistance is required
