It’s our 75th year in business and we’re celebrating it during National Garden week!  Join us for our biggest one-day-sale of the year with giveaways, activities and ice cream!

We will have tons of in-house one-day-only sales on plants and garden supplies, including drawings for Van Putte gift cards and a contest to Enter-to-Win a $75 Van Putte Gardens Shopping Spree! 

Highlights include:

First 250 customers who spend over $75 will receive a special anniversary edition shopping tote and garden trowel.

Planting for Pollinators (Interactive Talk) – 10:00 am – RSVP required

Join us for an interactive talk with Jenna Holzschuh, our Nursery & Perennials Manager.  Jenna will discuss the various ways to turn your garden into a beautiful, functional and welcoming space for pollinators of all kinds.  She will highlight the pollinators that may visit your garden and why attracting them to your garden is important, and what plants encourage pollinator visits throughout the growing season.  Even the smallest garden can be beneficial – let us show you how!

Kids Activity – 12 p.m. – 2 p.m.

From 12 – 2 pm drop in with the kids to enjoy our Kids Grow Club activity! Kids will dig in and plant a seasonal flower in biodegradable ice cream cone to take home and plant into the ground, cone and all!  Plant them in a sunny spot and watch them grow!

JoJo’s Cool Bus – 12:00 pm – 3 p.m.

The coolest bus in town will be here to help us celebrate our 75^th anniversary selling pre-packaged ice cream treats along with fun kid favorites!
